FeelingSo Remote FAQs
- FeelingSo Remote is available for iOS and Android. Click [here]to download the version you need. You can also find it on the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
- FeelingSo Remote is compatible with:
- iOS devices running iOS 15.0 and later
- Android devices running Android 8.0 and later (with Bluetooth 4.0 enabled)
- All FeelingSo toys are compatible with the FeelingSo Remote app.
1. Press and hold the toy's button to turn it on. A light will begin flashing to indicate it is on.
2. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth. Open FeelingSo Remote and tap the connection icon in the upper right corner.
3. Tap [+] to search for the toy. Once found, tap “Done”. The toy’s light will stay on to indicate it is connected. Your toy can now be controlled by the FeelingSo Remote app.
- Do not try to pair the toy through your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Follow the connection instructions above; a pairing code is not required.
- You can connect multiple toys to one device, but the app can synchronously control up to 3 toys.
- No, each toy can only be connected to one device at a time.
- These permissions are required to enable the app’s features. You can choose to deny these permissions, but some features will be unavailable without them.
- Yes, both of you need to create separate accounts and add each other as friends to use long-distance control.
- FeelingSo toys can be controlled from any distance as long as both devices have Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G data connection. Learn how to set it up [here](#).
- Yes, your partner can control your toy through the FeelingSo Remote app without having a toy themselves. Both need an account and a stable internet connection.
- Join our forum or other online communities on Discord or Reddit to find friends.
- No, only you have access to your friend list; they cannot see each other.
- iOS: Swipe left on the contact’s name and tap "Delete".
- Android: Long press on the contact and tap “OK” on the prompt.
- For a new friend request: Tap "Decline" and select "Yes" when asked if you want to block the person.
- For an existing contact: Go to the "Settings" tab in the chat window and enable the "Block this contact" option.
- From the Long Distance tab, tap the icon in the top left corner, choose “Blocked”, select the user you wish to unblock, and disable the “Block this contact” toggle switch.
- Log in to our website, click on “My Account” at the top right corner, and select “Delete Account” under the My Profile section.
- Enabling this option keeps your chat with that user at the top of the Long Distance tab.
1. Connect your toy and tap “Edit”.
2. Tap “Pattern Play--Create Mode” to adjust the maximum vibration and/or add custom patterns, then tap “Save”.
- The toy’s name cannot be changed in your Bluetooth settings, but you can change it in the app by tapping “Edit” underneath the toy’s name after connecting it.
- For security reasons, the email address associated with your account cannot be changed. You can delete your current account and create a new one.
- Firmware updates improve Bluetooth connectivity. To update, tap the “Firm Update” icon and follow the instructions. If the icon is not visible, your toy is already up to date.
- FeelingSo Remote is available on iOS and Android. Both you and your partner can connect using these devices.
- Yes, your partner can control your toy(s) from any distance as long as both of you have a stable internet connection and the FeelingSo Remote app. They don’t need to have a toy to use the Long-Distance Control options.
